The basic bet in craps is the Pass line bet. The pass line bet when you place your chips on the area marked “pass line”. The pass line is a series of bets meaning that the shooter may have to roll the dice multiple times before you win or lose. The first roll in the pass line bet is called the “Come-out roll”. Here are a few things to know about the “Come-out” roll:
If the shooter rolls a number that gives them a point and forces the series to continue, the object of the game now becomes for the shooter to roll their point again before rolling a 7. There are a few rules that go into this portion of the game as well:
Snake eyes is when a shooter rolls a dice and comes up with a single pip on each die. The pair of pips resembles a pair of eyes which is attributed to the term "snake". Snake eyes is the lowest possible roll you can get in craps and more often than not will result in losing.
